My first and last experience with Ryanair has left me fuming and out of pocket! We had a flight to Dublin booked but my husband has since been scheduled for surgery and cannot fly for a 6 week period. I called RA and was told if I produced a doctors certificate I could get a full refund. I did this and was promptly told their T&C's state that no refunds are possible despite the reasons for cancellation. What a cold and uncaring bunch of muppets! Never again.
